  • Am I locked into a long-term lease?

    No, our leases are month to month. We will only charge you for the time you use.

  • How long can I rent the Unit?

    For as long as you wish.

  • How do I know what size I need?

    Our size estimator can help give you a good starting point. Then call one of our Storage Experts and they can assist you to get exactly the right size unit.

  • Do I need a lock?

    Yes, one is included with your one time administration fee. We use cylinder locks for greater security.

  • Do I need insurance?

    We require that you insure your items while they are in storage. For your convenience, we offer quality storage insurance. You can purchase the amount of coverage that is right for you and the payments can be made monthly with your rent. Have insurance? Just give us a copy of your declarations page!

  • What protects my items?

    Unfortunate incidents can happen anywhere and to anyone. We are unable to predict these events but we do take many precautions. In addition to our facilities being fenced and gated, access to the storage area requires each tenant to enter their personal access code. The properties are well lit with video recording and our staff is frequently on the property making rounds. You can help by insuring your items.

  • When is my payment due?

    Payments are due on the 1st day of each new rental month.

  • What options do you have for payments?

    We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Will I get a bill each month?

    No, but you may sign up for automatic credit card payment at no cost.

  • What is temperature controlled?

    These are indoor units where the temperature in the building is controlled to protect your items from extreme temperature changes.

  • Do I need temperature control?

    If you would not store the items for any length of time in your garage, they should be in a temperature-controlled unit.

  • Who keeps the key?

    You keep the key. No one can enter unless you provide the key and code. We will not give this information out to anyone.

  • Will you accept deliveries?

    Yes, we can accept deliveries for you. Just complete our release form that permits us to accept these items for you.

  • When can I get into my unit?

    Your personal access code will allow you to access your storage unit during the posted access hours. Access hours are 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm. Doors and elevators close at 9:00 pm and will not re-open.

  • What items can't I keep in the unit?

    You may not live or keep animals in your Storage Unit. You cannot store explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, No food or perishable goods or illegal items. You may not store items of excessive value such as furs, leather, jewelry, cash or equivalents, or sentimental irreplaceable items. No medicine and no important documents.
